1. Acceptance & Eligibility

By creating an account or placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use our services.

2. Service Definitions

We offer a range of social media growth and management tools:
Guaranteed Services: Include a Service Guarantee and are eligible for refills or refunds under specific conditions.

Non-Guaranteed/No Refill Services: Provided "as-is" at a lower cost.

These come with no guarantee of stability, and we do not offer refills for drops on these packages.

3. User Conduct & Security

Account Accuracy: You must provide a valid email address. SMMZONE.PK is not responsible for lost accounts due to the use of fake or temporary emails.
Safety:You are responsible for your account credentials.

Notify smmzone.pk@gmail.com immediately if you suspect a breach.

Prohibited Use: Any use of our services for illegal activities or misbehavior with our team will result in an immediate permanent ban and frozen funds.

4. Payment & Financial Policies

Finality: All deposits are final. Once funds are added to your SMMZONE balance, they cannot be withdrawn to a bank account. They must be used for on-site services.

Accuracy: Users must verify payment details before sending. We are not liable for funds sent to incorrect accounts due to user error.

Bonuses: Deposit bonuses are exclusively applied to users spending $50 USD or 10,000 PKR or more in a single transaction.

5. Refund & Refill Policy

Eligibility: Refunds are issued only for complete service failures on Guaranteed Services.

Exclusions: No refunds/refills for orders placed with incorrect links, private profiles, or for Non-Guaranteed services.

Duplicate Orders: Do not place the same link twice simultaneously until the first order is complete.


6. Payment Methods

We support a global array of secure payment gateways:
Local (Pakistan): Easypaisa, JazzCash QR, JS Bank, NayaPay, Upaisa, All Major Bank Transfers.
International: PayPal, Saudi Arabia Banks, American Bank (USD), UK (GBP), PayFast.
Crypto/Auto: Binance Pay (USD), All Wallets to NayaPay (Auto).

SMMZONE.PK is a legally registered entity with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) in Pakistan.

8. Limitation of Liability

SMMZONE.PK is a service provider for social media growth. We are not responsible for any actions taken by social media platforms (e.g., suspensions or content removal) against your accounts.
